The calculation presented in this paper deals with the seismic analysis of the bracing system of a typical steel mill frame.

Theseismic analysis of the bracing system is performed according to international standards, and the verification of structural components is critically reviewed in light of the new EN 1998-1-1 and NTC 2008 standards.
